You are invited to an Open House to learn more about the proposed redevelopment of the Sons of Norway property.

Ryan Companies and Weidner Apartment homes, in cooperation with Sons of Norway, are hosting a neighbor open house to discuss the proposed redevelopment of the Sons of Norway property. The goal is to create an active, mixed use project that is anchored by a newly envisioned Sons of Norway office space, featuring retail, green space, and Uptown's newest premium residential community. 

Ryan Companies representatives will be at the open house to show some initial site plans and to gather additional feedback about current site conditions so that this feedback can be incorporated into architectural concept plans.

Full architectural concept plans for the project are still under development and will be presented at future ECCO Livability Community meetings and to the City of Minneapolis Committee of the Whole in late September or October.
