Como-Harriet Streetcar Needs Volunteers

Did you know that the Como-Harriet Streetcar Line is an all-volunteer service to South Minneapolis? Running a streetcar line, even a one-mile one, is a lot of work. They have more than 100 volunteers, but always need more. There are opportunities for operators and station agents, streetcar cleaners, gardeners and groundskeepers, skilled and unskilled labor to maintain and restore three streetcars, the buildings, the overhead wire, and the track, plus people to manage stuff.
